No House

Maggie and I had an offer in on a house and we just found out we didn't get it. It really should not be a big deal, but I am so disappointed. I am really bad about getting my hopes up and they were certainly rising on this one. Oh well, we really are in no rush but now I feel like I don't even want to start the process again.

This makes me feel better:

EDIT: I can't figure out why those stupid pictures cut off...need to work on my HTML skills maybe.

EDIT 2: HEYAH! Got it to fit.

Bummer. We looked for a long time before our place. We were totally set on buying a house nearby, until we found out that the property line ended 4 feet from the back of the house and the huge landscaped backyard was actually PG&E's property and could be used by PG&E at any time, such as to run even more 100,000 volt power lines. And the water fountain and outdoor speakers were there to drown out the buzzing from the sub-station at the edge of the backyard. But the house was gorgeous.

buying a house is like a passionate set of love affairs. you fall in and out of love very fast and quick.

you get your hopes up and you fall for it thinking it'll last forever. and then it deosn't work out.

and then you're left with nothing.

but once you find the right one, it's perfect.

If I read lauren's post correctly, she thinks you're as big as a house...
